Those Who Live Underground
In fantasy and mythology, ‘dark elves’ are often depicted as mysterious outcasts, usually rife with sinister plots and evil dispositions. Drow, Dökkálfar, Druchhi - whatever they happen to be called, they’re often relegated to the shadows.
I’ve always been drawn to them. So often made to be villains; I want to see them soft and inquisitive and adventurous.
Or, maybe, I just like the thought of elves and mushrooms together.
